Is the frame of your folding tent (pop-up gazebo) still in good condition, but the roof is torn, sun-damaged or faded? At Plastold we make replacement roofs and sidewalls to measure in PVC fabric, in our workshop in Málaga (Spain), for folding tents of any brand and frame.
We do not sell the tent or the frame: we make the roof and the sidewalls. We do not hire out or install tents either: you keep your frame and we make the new cover.

What we make
Replacement roofs for folding tents, made to fit your frame.
Sidewalls and curtains: plain, with window or with zip door.
Complete sets of roof and sidewalls, or single parts when only one needs replacing.
Sizes
We make the most common folding tent sizes: 2x2, 3x3, 3x4.5, 3x6, 4x4, 4x6 and 4x8 m. If your tent is a different size, we make that too: every part is cut to measure for your frame.
Material and fire rating
We work with waterproof PVC fabric, available in several colours, with a T2 reaction-to-fire classification under EN 15619.

Minimum order: a single piece. We serve private customers and small businesses that need one 3x3 roof just as we serve event companies replacing several tents. We always work by quote, free and with no obligation.

Does it fit any brand of folding tent?
Yes. We make the roof and the sidewalls to measure for your frame, whatever the brand. That is why we ask for the brand and model if you know them, the measurements, the leg height and photos of the old roof.
Which sizes do you make?
The usual ones (2x2, 3x3, 3x4.5, 3x6, 4x4, 4x6 and 4x8 m) and any other size, because every part is made to measure.
Can I order a single piece?
Yes. The minimum order is a single piece: a roof, a sidewall or the complete set.
Is the fabric flame retardant?
The PVC fabric has a T2 reaction-to-fire classification under EN 15619.
What is the lead time?
The lead time depends on the size of the cover and our workshop's workload at the time, and we confirm it with your quote once we have your measurements.
