2. DATA WE PROCESS
The data you provide to us through the forms on this website: first name and surname, company, email address, telephone number, shipping address, customer type, materials of interest and the content of your messages. We also process browsing data as described in the Cookie Policy.
3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS
a) To manage your sample book and quote requests, send the sample book to the address you provide and answer your enquiries. Legal basis: taking steps prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
b) To send you commercial communications about our products, news and stock offers, only if you have ticked the corresponding box. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
c) To comply with the applicable legal obligations, in particular tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. DATA RETENTION
Data are kept for as long as the business relationship continues or for the time needed to handle your request and, thereafter, for the limitation periods of the applicable legal obligations. Data processed for commercial purposes are kept until you withdraw your consent.
5. RECIPIENTS
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. The providers needed to deliver the service process data on our behalf as data processors: Wix.com Ltd. (website hosting, forms and contact management), the transport companies that deliver the sample books and email service providers. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@plastold.com or by post to the address indicated above, enclosing a copy of your identity document. If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
7. MINORS
This website and its forms are intended for professionals and businesses. We do not collect data from children under 14.
8. SECURITY
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data and to prevent its alteration, loss or unauthorised access.
