Roof, backdrop and side covers

We manufacture the three pieces that usually make up a stage cover: roof, backdrop and side covers. Each piece is cut and made to the measurements of the truss or structure, so the finished cover fits securely at every anchoring point.

Roof: covers the top of the stage and protects the sound and lighting equipment from rain and sun.
Backdrop: closes off the rear of the stage and provides an opaque, uniform scenic background.
Side covers: complete the enclosure of the stage and help mark out the technicians' working area.

Opaque PVC fabric that blocks light

The PVC fabric for stages we use is opaque, a material that fully blocks light and provides a uniform background for lighting and image projection. It is available in black, the most common colour for stages, and in other colours depending on the finish each production needs. It is a polyester fabric coated in PVC, waterproof, protected against UV radiation and treated against mould, built to withstand frequent assembly and disassembly without losing its finish.

European T2 fire rating

Every stage cover we manufacture is made in PVC fabric with the European T2 fire rating, a requirement local councils and organisers commonly ask for before authorising an event on public land. The corresponding certificate is delivered with the material, so you can present it to the authorities whenever it is requested. Replacement cover for your stage

If you already have a stage structure and only need to replace the current cover, we manufacture replacement covers from measurements, a drawing or the old cover as a reference, keeping the existing fixing system. This way you avoid replacing the whole structure and simply renew the fabric part, as many times as you need.

Does the stage cover come with a fire certificate?

Yes, we manufacture stage covers in fabric with the T2 fire rating and deliver the corresponding certificate with the material, a document local councils commonly request before authorising a public event.

What colours is the stage tarpaulin available in?

The opaque fabric is made mainly in black, the most common shade for stages, although other colours are also available. Let us know the finish you need when requesting your quote.

Can you manufacture a replacement cover for my existing stage?

Yes. From measurements, a drawing or the old cover, we manufacture a replacement cover fitted to your structure, respecting the fixing system already installed.
