650 g/m2 fabric for frequent assembly

For the pace of a hire business we recommend our 650 g/m2 PVC fabric, lighter and easier to handle at every assembly without giving up strength. For large spans, permanent installations or covers left highly exposed to the elements, the 850 g/m2 option offers more body. Quick replacement of roofs and walls

We make replacement covers for tents of any brand from measurements, a drawing, or the old cover used as a pattern.
We keep the existing fixing system of your structure, so the new cover fits without altering the frame.
We can replace only the roof, only the side walls, or the complete cover, depending on what each order needs.

Measurements kept for repeat orders

We know a hire company often orders the cover for a given structure more than once. That is why we keep the measurements and details of every order, so a new order for the same tent is resolved faster. T2 certificate for the paperwork of every event

All our PVC fabric carries the European T2 fire rating, with the corresponding certificate delivered together with the material. It is the document usually required to authorise each event, and you receive it with no extra steps. You can read more in T2 fire-rated PVC fabric.

Complete tents: a manufacturer of tents for hire companies that grow

If you need to expand your fleet, we manufacture complete tents, structure plus cover, always made to measure for the use you intend.

Fabric by the roll for those who make their own covers

If your company makes its own covers, we also supply PVC fabric by the roll, in 100-metre rolls, 2.5 to 3 metres wide for opaque PVC and 1.4 to 1.6 metres wide for transparent PVC. We offer opaque PVC in several colours, as well as translucent, transparent and stretch fabric.

Caring for the fabric to extend its life

All our fabric has an anti-mould treatment, UV protection, and is fully waterproof and resistant to oils and greases, conditions common in hire and frequent assembly work. Can you make a cover compatible with our existing structures?

Yes. Using the measurements, a drawing or the old cover itself as a reference, we replicate your structure's fixing system so the new cover fits without modifications.

Can I request a copy of the T2 certificate for each event?

Yes, the T2 fire-rating certificate is delivered with every cover, and you can request additional copies whenever you need them for a specific event's paperwork.

What is the lead time during high season?

The lead time depends on the size of the order and the current workload, and is always confirmed together with the quote. During high season we recommend ordering as early as possible.

Can I buy only rolls of fabric without ordering a tent?

Yes, we supply full 100-metre rolls of opaque or transparent PVC to companies that make their own covers, with no need to order a complete tent.
